* Refund or Exchange Requirements of Havina Hair Factory

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please meet the following criteria:

- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Condition of Hair: The hair must NOT have been installed, dyed, permed, or altered in any way.
- Original Packaging:** Hair must remain in its original bundle and should NOT be untied at the top.
- Invoice:Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.
- Defects: The hair MUST be confirmed as defective by our company.
- Return Information: Packages MUST be returned exactly as per the information provided byHavina Hair within the specified timeframe. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for mistakes made by the customer.
- Product Type: The product MUST be categorized as a non-customized item (not listed in our catalogs). 

- Important Notes: Our factory sales staff always conducts video calls with customers so they can check the quality, weight, color, and other aspects of the finished product. We only proceed with shipping once the customer is satisfied with the product. Therefore, we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or expired deposits. Refunds or exchanges are only issued for items sent in error or due to manufacturing defects.

* Refund or Exchange Process.

Step 1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service department to initiate a refund or exchange.
Step 2. Provide Proof: Send us pictures or videos of the hair along with the invoice date to verify that the item qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Step 3. Return Authorization: Once your return is confirmed, you can send the package back to the address provided by Havina Hair Factory for inspection.
Step 4.Inspection: After we receive the package, we’ll check for defects and determine responsibility for any faults. We will halt the refund process if the returned item does not match the images or videos previously submitted.
Step 5. Final Steps: If the items meet the return conditions, we will process your exchange or refund via a Vietnamese bank account.

* Shipping Fees for Refunds & Exchanges

- Havina Hair Factory Responsibility: We will cover shipping fees only for items sent incorrectly or due to manufacturing errors.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the product was damaged, altered, or repaired by them.
